At Giant Frankston, we’re proud to be a locally owned and operated store, focused on supporting riders right here in our community. When you choose to shop with us, you’re not just buying a bike — you’re backing a local team that’s here for the long run.

We understand that price matters, and while we can’t always match every deal you find online, we’ll always do our best to offer a fair and competitive price for our customers. If you’ve seen something better elsewhere, have a chat with us — we’re always happy to take a look.

In-store collection for matched prices

If you’ve found a better advertised price on a product we stock and you’d prefer to shop locally, get in touch with the details.

Price matches are available for items collected in-store. At this stage, we’re unable to extend price matching to orders that require shipping due to the additional handling and freight costs involved.

Availability can sometimes affect our ability to match a price exactly, but we’ll always aim to get as close as we can.

Bicycle price match guidelines

To keep things fair and consistent, the following applies to bikes:

• The competitor must be an authorised Giant dealer located within a reasonable distance of our store
• The bike must be currently in stock and advertised at the stated price
• It must be the same model year, size, and colour as the one you’re after
• If the item isn’t actually available to purchase at that price, it won’t be considered a valid comparison
• Our team can help confirm sizing and suitability if needed
• We may decline a request if stock is limited or unavailable

Parts, gear & accessories

For non-bike items:

• The advertised price must be from an authorised Australian retailer
• The product must be identical — same brand, model, size, and colour
• The item must be in stock and available at the advertised price
• Requests may be declined where stock levels are limited
